About Us

Media Shelter is a podcast, live broadcast, and audio recording studio in Kyiv. It is located in a secure underground facility, just two minutes from the "Olimpiiska" metro station. The studio operates during air raid alerts and power outages.

Media Shelter offers:

Podcast Studio. Four recording locations (for 1–5 people), professional equipment, and podcast editing within 7 days.

Audio Recording Studio Recording of audio podcasts, songs, and voiceovers. Vocal processing, mixing, and mastering. You can buy gift certificates for recording a song from us.

Is there an additional fee for equipment rental?

No, we do not charge extra for using studio equipment. Everything available in the studio—microphones, lighting, lavalier mics, tripods, and more—is included in the rental price with no hidden fees.

What quality and formats do you offer for filming?

We record in resolutions from Full HD to 8K. The format depends on your needs: horizontal (e.g., for YouTube) or vertical (for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).

How long are recorded materials stored?

Unless otherwise agreed, all footage is stored on our server for 7 days.

How does the podcast editing process work?

Step 1: After filming, we provide you with the wide-angle footage. Based on this, you describe your editing preferences (editing brief).

Step 2: We create a multi-camera video and send you a draft version for review and feedback.

Step 3: We incorporate your changes, finalize the video, and deliver the completed podcast along with a teaser.

Which platforms can you stream to?

We can stream to any platform that supports live broadcasting, including YouTube, Facebook, Zoom, Twitch, and more.

Can you stream on multiple platforms simultaneously?

Yes! We offer multi-platform streaming, meaning your live broadcast can go live on several platforms at the same time (e.g., YouTube, Facebook, Twitch). We handle all technical setups to ensure a smooth stream.

Are stream recordings available for future use?

Yes, all stream materials are stored! You receive both the edited version of the stream and the raw footage from each camera. This allows you to edit, archive, or republish the content as needed.

Can I record an audiobook or a voiceover in your studio?

Yes! We offer professional audiobook and voiceover recording with high-quality sound. Our studio is equipped with professional audio gear and acoustic treatment to ensure the best possible voice recording.
