About Us

Media Shelter is a modern underground facility in the center of Kyiv, designed for recording podcasts, webinars, and interviews. Located a two-minute walk from the Olimpiiska metro station. The studio operates even during air raid alerts and power outages.

Four shooting locations: Podcast, Main Stage, Conversation, and Unboxing. Each can be used to record podcasts, interviews, webinars, or product shoots. The locations are suitable for 1 to 5 people at a time.

The Media Shelter podcast studio is equipped with professional Blackmagic 6K cameras, quality studio lighting, microphones, and recorders. We also provide multi-camera streaming options.

Studio Services:

Turnkey Podcast Production. We offer operator services with multi-camera shooting, professional editing, and sound production. Filming and recording are done using modern cameras and recorders.

Studio Rental. Includes professional equipment for lighting, sound, and video recording. You will have access to modern cinema cameras, studio lights, microphones, recorders, and accessories for creating quality content. We also provide technical support during the shoot so you can focus on the creative process.

Recording and Sound Services without Editing. We provide all recorded materials for further editing and publishing. The service includes the work of our professional operator and sound engineer, ensuring high-quality video and audio materials.

FAQ

Is there an additional fee for equipment rental during studio sessions and filming?

No, we do not charge extra for equipment use. All studio gear—including microphones, lighting, lavalier mics, tripods, and more—is included in your booking with no hidden fees.

What video quality and formats do you offer?

We film in resolutions ranging from Full HD to 8K. The format depends on your needs: horizontal (e.g., for YouTube) or vertical (for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).

How long are recorded materials stored?

By default, all recorded materials are stored on our server for 7 days. If you require extended storage, we can discuss and arrange a suitable solution in advance to meet your needs.

How does the podcast editing process work?

Step 1: After filming, we provide you with the wide-angle footage. Based on this, you describe your editing preferences (editing brief).

Step 2: We create a multi-camera video and send you a draft version for review and feedback.

Step 3: We incorporate your changes, finalize the video, and deliver the completed podcast along with a teaser.

Can I book a makeup artist or stylist?

Yes! We collaborate with professional makeup artists and stylists who can help create your ideal look for filming. Pricing depends on your specific requirements and is determined individually. We coordinate all details in advance to ensure a seamless experience.
